Returns Policy

We hope that you will be satisfied with all your purchases from us. However, if you are unhappy with your purchases, we promise to refund any item within 14 days of receipt within the UK and Republic of Ireland. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with no marks or stains and all tags attached. Please be careful when trying things on as we cannot refund items that are marked with fake tan, make-up or smell of perfume.

No refunds on sale items, only exchanges. We only exchange sale items once. We also do not accept any returns or refunds on swimwear items. We reserve the rights not to refund or exchange for you if you return items to us outside of our returns policy.

When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags. All items being returned should be sent with the original invoice note stating the reason for you returning the item or if you would like to exchange for a different size/item. You must include your invoice note with your return, as failing to do this could result in you not receiving a refund as we may not be able to locate you on our system.

For International customers, please return within 7 days of the date you receive your order.

Do I have to pay for postage costs?

Yes, returns are made at your own cost. Please return your parcel using a trackable service and obtain a proof of postage receipt. We are not held responsible for any missing parcels on the customer’s behalf.

Late returns cannot be accepted after 14 days of receipt and they will be returned to you. If you have sent the items back within 14 days and they are late returning to us, you will need to send us a copy of your postage receipt to prove the date of postage.

How long will it take to process my refund?

Refunds may take up to 5 working days to be processed and your bank may take 3-7 working days for your refund to show in your account. (Please also note that if you are returning an item which had Saturday delivery or Next Day delivery, there will be a slight deduction off your refund to cover the costs of postage on our end as it costs more than what we charge to post items for Next Day or Saturday delivery). Items returned with Free Shipping coupons will be deducted the cost of delivery from the total refund.

In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide your proof of postage receipt from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide proof of postage. We will not be held responsible for lost items so please send your returns back to us with signed for or recorded delivery.

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, all items apart from swimwear can be exchanged. Sale items can also be exchanged. However, sale items can only be exchanged once. Please return the item to us following the same procedure as stated in ‘How do I return an item?’

The postage costs for exchanged items being sent back out are only covered by us the first time. If you wish to exchange an item for the second time this must be done at the customer’s expense. Exchanged item costs are not covered for International customers.
