General Questions

1HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please ensure you fill out the returns form that you received with your order detailing what you want to return and reason for return. If you wish to exchange the item, then please clearly state this. Enclose this paper work and the item to be returned in the package and send it back to us via a recorded delivery method.
2HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN
Upon receipt of your return, we will send email notification to advise this has been received. Please allow up to 10 working days for an exchange or refund to be processed.
3WHERE IS MY REFUND FROM MY RETURN?
We do allow up to 10 working days for our returns to be processed, please note that when a refund has been processed it can take between 3-5 working days for this to be authorised by your bank and to appear in your account.
4I HAVE LOST THE RETURNS PAPERWORK, WHAT SHALL I DO?
If you have lost your returns paperwork then please enclose a note with the order. Please ensure you put your details of the item being returned and your name/surname so we can identify you when we receive the return. Otherwise, please email returns@bellazzi.co.uk
5I WOULD LIKE AN EXCHANGE BUT WHAT IF IT IS OUT OF STOCK?
If you send an item back and the exchange requested is not in stock you will be refunded and your order treated as a normal return. We will email you to inform you of this.
6HOW MANY TIMES CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Items can be exchanged once per order, per item. After this, a new order must be placed
7HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED OUT YET?
When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail directly to your email.
8WHAT TIME CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?
Couriers do their utmost to deliver between 8:00 am – 18:00pm – however on occasion they can deliver outside these hours. I want to change my delivery address after placing the order Due to security checks carried out when an order is placed we do not allow delivery addresses to be changed after an order is made. Please ensure you choose the correct delivery address and ensure someone is at the delivery address to sign for the item
9I WILL NOT BE HOME CAN YOU TELL THE COURIER TO LEAVE IT WITH MY NEIGHBOUR?
Unfortunately we cannot pass messages to the drivers, please either use the while you were out card that will be left to re-arrange delivery or place a note outside your door to leave it with a neighbour (please note that whichever decision you make is at your discretion and your responsibility)
